“I was a bit wary about buying live plants online, but took a chance and was very happy with the result. I ordered some Yacon late in the week. Kristi told me that she would wait until Monday to post them in case they sat in a warehouse over the weekend. They arrived on Tuesday. The box looked as if it had taken some knocks but the plants were very well protected and came out looking fresh and happy. I get the impression that Kristi loves her plants and it shows in the care she takes. Kristi answered my questions with patience and concern and provided a service that really went above and beyond. I don’t often provide testimonials but sometimes, when the service is truly exceptional, I feel it is the least I can do. And the service was truly exceptional. Can't recommend highly enough.”
